What payment methods are accepted?
- Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via Paypal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.
- Local direct bank fund transfer via Internet banking. Please kindly indicate your name and order number for our reference. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from date of order.
- Via Paynow: We accept Paynow transfer to the company’s UEN 198501141H or Scan through the QR Code for Payment.

For purchases of our motorised curtain system, delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. If installation is required our team will get in touch with you to arrange for a date and time.
Please note that there will be no returns upon confirmation of order and payment made.
For any refunds, it can only be refunded if order is accepted but not yet processed for fabrication (process period will take place between 1-2 days upon payment received). Once fabricated, refunds or returns are not allowed.
Note: All returns are final.
