Warranty

Upon date of purchase, the warranty period for the motorised system will be valid for 2 years.

The warranty covers an exchange for the motorised system if it is deemed and inspected to believe that the fault is not due to any attempt or effort of alteration, accidents or usage which causes the motor to be faulty.

Please note that if purchase is made without installation, the warranty doesn’t cover mistakes or accidents made during installation which causes any parts of the motor / track to be broken or joining of wrong wires to be connected to the power point which may lead the motorised chip to be faulty internally.

Sincere Interior Service Pte Ltd has the right to void the warranty if any of the mentioned above take place.
